The menu ‘Options’
|
This program has a lot of functions which let you control your modem.
Make sure that you know what you are doing; some options aren’t made to play with.
If you don’t understand it or just can’t figure it out, contact us through one of the contact points.
-
List
List shows you the NAT (Name address table) of your modem.
Don’t let you get confused by the information you get, the modem creates his own record sets.
This is correct and your modem is functioning as it should be.
-
Flush
Flush deletes all the NAT settings.
Beware! Only use this option when you know what you are doing. For safety reasons you will get a last question just to be sure.
After flushing you can load the Defaults, the program will directly ask this.
-
Load Defaults
When you want to load the Defaults manually you can use this option.
You can use it when your modem doesn’t work well after a Flush without default-loading.
-
Set Defserver
All incoming packages will be sent to the Defserver IP address.
You can set the IP with IP Computer.
Note: Manually mapped ports will overrule the Defserver!
-
Empty Defserver
Turn off the Defserver
-
Firewall
The modem has an internal Firewall. It’s turned on by default. You can put it on or off.
Note: When you are trying to map ports and your program won't work, don't try to
turn of the firewall. The firewall protects your modem from login in from outside
your network.
We recommend that you leave your firewall on.
-
